Now track your Aadhaar activities with m-Aadhaar mobile app. The app by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) will help Aadhaar holders to carry their details on their phone.
UIDAI made the announcement of the m-Aadhar app through its twitter handle. UIDAI tweeted “mAadhaar App for Android Launched by UIDAI, Lets You Carry Aadhaar on Smartphone #AadhaarInNews”.

The app is currently available only on Google Play Store which means iOS users will have to wait till the time it becomes available on App Store.
To access UIDAI’s mobile app one must have an Aadhaar registered mobile number and provide demographic information like name, date of birth, gender and address along with the user’s photograph and is linked with one’s Aadhaar number.

QR code facility and password protected eKYC data are some additional features provided in the app.
