The new Velop mesh network system from Linksys comes with Tri-Band AC2200 device which can act as a router, repeater, bridge, and an access point. It broadcasts radio frequency dynamically using its unique channel scanning algorithms. Based on the results, it chooses the best band (either 2.4 GHz or dual 5 GHz) and the most suitable channels in each band to offer optimum wireless network performance between nodes and client devices.
