Jabra has announced a few updates to its latest Wlite wireless earbuds. The Elite 8 Active and Elite 10 are going to receive “experience-enhancing” updates, which will improve some existing features.

The initial update will roll out in January and add an easy-to-use on/off toggle for Adaptive Active Noise Cancelation, HearThrough, and Sidetone. This will enable users to switch between the modes to customize their experience. However, whether the update will unlock a touch-based gesture on the earbuds or add a switch in the companion app isn’t clear at the moment.

By March, Elite 10 will receive call clarity optimizations for busy environments like offices, restaurants, and streets. Further, the improvements in AND and HearThrough will be even more effective in windy conditions on the Elite 8.

“The announcement of these best-in-class advancements at CES 2024 reinforces Jabra’s commitment to continuous innovation and providing users with unparalleled audio experiences – whether that is new products or software updates,” mentions the company in the press release.
