For the past few days, information about the iQoo Z9 5G has been circulating online. First, the company’s microsite went live and revealed some key information about the smartphone, including the presence of a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 1,800 nits. A couple of days later, the company also confirmed the smartphone’s launch date, which is March 12, 2024. Today, known tipster Mukul Sharma has leaked the pricing of the smartphone.

iQoo Z9 5G Price Leaked

Per a post by Sharma on X (previously known as Twitter), the iQoo z9 5G’s base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage could cost Rs. 19,999. Similarly, the top variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs Rs. 21,999. However, as part of an introductory offer, the company will provide a flat Rs. 2,000 discount on ICICI and HDFC bank cards, which reduces the effective price of the phone to Rs. 17,999 and Rs. 19,999, respectively.

iQoo Z9 5G Sales To Begin Early For Prime Members

Further, Sharma also reveals that Prime Early Access for the smartphone will begin at 12 p.m. on March 13. This implies that Amazon Prime users will be able to purchase the phone from that date. However, for regular customers, the sales will begin on March 14 at 12 p.m. We already know the smartphone will be available in two colors: Brushed Green and Graphene Blue. Further, it will run on the mid-range chipset Dimensity 7200 SoC.

Given the leaked pricing, the iQoo Z9 5G competes directly with other phones like the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, Realme 12 5G, and the Moto G84 5G, all of which are priced under Rs. 20,000. However, considering the brand’s growing popularity in India, we expect the phone to do well. Stay tuned for a detailed review of the iQoo Z9 5G, where we’ll discuss all the pros and cons and give a clear verdict about the smartphone.
