Apple has quietly announced its iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus Red special edition phone in India. Both handsets are listed on the Flipkart and are available for pre-order. The actual sale will begin from April 30 onwards for all variants, except for the iPhone 8 256GB Red variant, which goes live on May 15.

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus Price and Offers
The special Red Edition of iPhone 8s has been priced slightly higher than the normal Black and White model. The Red iPhone 8 with 64GB storage retails at Rs. 67,940 whereas the 256GB option costs Rs. 81,500. Similarly, the Red iPhone 8 Plus India price is set at Rs. 77,560 and Rs. 91,110 for 64GB and 256GB variants respectively.

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus Features
The Red model of both iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus flaunt the same specs sheet as the normal ones. They are powered by Apple’s A11 Bionic Chip and run on iOS 11 out of the box. The iPhone 8 sports a 4.7-inch Retina display whereas the iPhone 8 Plus has a 5.5-inch Retina display.
At the imaging front, the Plus variant has dual 12MP+12MP sensors on the rear and 7MP shooter on the front. The iPhone 8 has a 12MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture lens on the back and a 7MP selfie camera on the front.
