AarogyaSetu Mitr is a new initiative from NITI Aayog and the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Prime Minister. It can be accessed through the Aarogya Setu app or via your phone/PC browser. It basically connects you to crucial health services like doctors, ePharmacy and home lab tests.

So, the Aarogya Setu app integrates reputed 3rd party service providers like doctors, telemedicine companies, and online labs. In other words, this is a Public and Private partnership.

In the case of doctor consultations, you can speak to doctors via call, chat, or video conferencing.

How to access AarogyaSetu Mitr

1. .Either click the AarogyaSetu Mitr banner on the front page of the Aarogya Setu app or visit the website straight from this link.

2. In the case of the mobile app, you’ll be prompted about the redirection. Just, Click ‘Proceed’. The website will open in your mobile web browser.

3. The website has a fairly neat design, which clearly mentions the three services: Consult Doctor, Home Lab Tests, and ePharmacy.

4. Here, when you click on any of your preferred service providers (which are given below), you’ll be again moved to the respective websites. Enter your Pincode to narrow down the service providers available in your locality.

  • Doctor Consultations through eSanjeevaniOPD, Swasth, StepOne, Tata Bridgital Health, and Tech Mahindra’s Connectsense TeleHeath.
  • Home Lab Tests through 1mg, Dr. Lal PathLabs, Metropolis, SRL Diagnostics, and Thyrocare.
  • Online Medicines through 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, and MEDLIFE

There’s a dedicated section at the bottom of the website where Service Providers who are not in the brochure can enlist themselves for free. Thus, you could expect more brands on the list.

Furthermore, if the services listed are not yet available in the part of the country where you are currently, you can write to them and get them enrolled.
