Hero Electronix, a Hero Group company has unveiled a new product from its AIoT portfolio. The new release is the Qubo Smart Outdoor Security Camera. Besides providing what’s in its title, the camera also offers Face Mask Detection, Secure Car Parking, and Continuous Recording for a time-lapse snapshot of visitors at your door.

Qubo Smart Outdoor Security Camera Highlights
First and foremost, the camera lets you know who is or was at the door. If anyone tries to intrude, it will notify you instantly. It will ring a loud siren when there’s someone in your absence. It is calibrated to detect only people. So, won’t be confused by the movements of pets and plants.
To make the offering interesting and relevant to current pandemic times, Hero Electronix has also equipped the device with smart detection of people who aren’t wearing face masks. Another nifty feature is secure car parking, which indicates to you when the car(s) moves out of a predefined parking zone.
The thing is designed to constantly record and save the data to either cloud or offline onto the microSD card (up to 128 GB) inside. It also allows you to see a glance of visitors at the door and their activity in a time-lapse format.

There is also an IVR calling facility which calls you as soon as it senses some sort of suspicious activity at your door or place.
Qubo Outdoor Security Camera is IP65 certified to work in different climate conditions. The data it logs are safely encrypted using something called the Q-Crypto framework. which transmits the encoded content over TLS secured channels to the cloud and the user.
