What is Gorilla Glass 6?

Gorilla Glass 6 is an ion-strengthened glass that, according to Corning, can resist up to 15 drops from 1-meter height. As stated above, Corning uses a new composition in order to increase drop resistance without compromising on scratch resistance.

This doesn’t mean your phone is scratch or shatterproof. The Gorilla Glass 6 brings in incremental improvements but you will still need to protect your investment with a proper case cover. At the same time, if you prefer living without a case, going with Gorilla Glass 6 protected phone will be a relatively safer bet.

It is obvious that a lot of smartphone manufacturers have already adopted this new version of Gorilla Glass.  Let us take a look at all the phones that come certified with Corning Gorilla Glass 6
