Many of us lead a hectic, sedentary lifestyle that often weighs heavy on our health and wellness. It’s not surprising to see people go without drinking a single glass of water through their day and that could ultimately result in fatigue, premature aging, overweight, respiratory and digestive disorders and more. If you think you are not consuming the adequate amount of water, a system that could periodically remind you of the same could help.

The Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro lets you keep tabs on the amount of water you drink through your day, but obviously, you will have to manually enter stats every time you intake water; and that’s rather easier to forget.

You can instead set your gear to remind you to take water at specific intervals and enter water intake data when prompted. Here is how you can do it.
