How to fix Apple Personal Hotspot Flaw in iOS 13, iPadOS 13

Are you facing connection failures whilst setting up Personal Hotspot on your iPhone or iPad? You’re not alone. The issue has been reported by several iOS users all the way back to version 13.1.2.

Don’t worry, it’s not a hardware-related issue, as acknowledged by Apple, but a software bug. So, you don’t have to visit the store, especially considering the pandemic situation. We have a workaround, albeit a temporary one.

In an internal document distributed to Apple Authorized Service Providers this week, the company reportedly asks its users to keep their devices’ software up to date and underlines that this is not a hardware issue.

Although not mentioned, we expect a patch to hit the devices with the upcoming iOS 13.4 update. But again, there’s no official word on the same.
