The premium smartphone landscape in India is about to get a major shakeup. While Vivo has already made significant waves with its flagship X200 lineup, the brand isn’t done just yet.

According to exclusive information shared with us by noted industry insider Yogesh Brar, Vivo X200T is coming in at an aggressive price, redefining the brand strategy for the X series phones.

India Launch Timeline and Colorways

Our sources indicate that Vivo is eyeing the last week of January for the official India launch. This timeline gives the brand enough time to space out the X300 and X300 FE products in the country. The Vivo X200T will debut in a classic, professional Stellar Black and a more vibrant, trend-setting Seaside Lilac.

A Hybrid Approach to the Specsheet

The X200T is reportedly designed as a “best-of-both-worlds” device. It is expected to inherit the sleek, ergonomic chassis of the X200 FE while retaining the high-octane performance DNA of the standard X200.

The phone will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate for buttery smooth operation. Despite the lower price point, the device isn’t expected to cut major corners; it is slated to feature a ZEISS-branded triple camera system and a larger battery. It will come with the latest OriginOS software build out of the box.

The “Value King” of the X-Series

Perhaps the most significant detail revealed by Brar is the pricing strategy. The Vivo X200T is expected to be priced between Rs 50,000 and Rs 55,000.

By offering a ZEISS-tuned camera and flagship-grade display at a sub-Rs 55,000 price point, Vivo is making its premium technology accessible to a much wider audience.

If these details hold true, the last week of January could see the Vivo X200T becoming the new benchmark for value in the premium segment. Stay tuned as we bring you more updates closer to the official launch.
