TL; DR
  • CMF has launched its first over-ear headphones in India, the CMF Headphone Pro, with up to 100 hours of battery life.
  • Key features include 40 dB hybrid adaptive ANC, 40 mm custom drivers, LDAC support, and modular ear cushions.
  • The headphones are priced at ₹7,999, with a limited launch price of ₹6,999 starting January 20, 2026.

CMF has officially entered the over-ear headphone segment in India with the launch of the CMF Headphone Pro, marking a new category expansion for the brand. The CMF Headphone Pro delivers up to 100 hours of playback on a single charge with ANC disabled, and up to 50 hours with ANC enabled. Fast charging is supported, with a 5-minute top-up delivering up to 8 hours of listening time.

On the audio side, the headphones use custom 40 mm nickel-plated drivers and support Hi-Res audio with LDAC over Bluetooth. CMF has also included Spatial Audio modes for music and video, along with a Personal Sound feature that creates a listening profile based on the user’s hearing characteristics.

Noise cancellation is handled by a hybrid adaptive ANC system rated up to 40 dB, which automatically adjusts based on ambient noise levels. For controls, CMF has opted for physical hardware inputs, including a roller for volume and playback, an energy slider to shift sound balance between bass and treble, and a customizable button for quick actions.

Design is another focus area. The Headphone Pro features a modular build with swappable ear cushions, allowing users to change both comfort and appearance. It will be available in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Light Green colour options.

In India, the CMF Headphone Pro is priced at ₹7,999 and will be available at an introductory price of ₹6,999 for a limited time starting January 20, 2026. Sales will begin via Flipkart and offline retail stores, with wider availability expected after the launch window.
