Asus ROG Phone 3 12GB RAM is going on sale in India today i.e. August 21. The base variant with 8GB RAM that retails for Rs 49,999 hit retail shelves earlier this month. So if you are a gaming nerd and looking to buy maxed out ROG Phone 3 (review), you can try and book one at 12:00 PM (12 noon) on Flipkart.

If Asus is to be believed, it has received tremendous response and that’s what pushed them to bring the Asus ROG Phone 3 12GB RAM variant to India early. The ROG Phone 3’s max out version includes 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It has been priced at Rs 57,999.

Asus ROG Phone 3 specifications

The ROG Phone 3 comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The gaming phone includes front-facing stereo speakers and ultrasonic Air Triggers with more customization options. To ensure an uninterrupted gaming performance, Asus deploys its HyperFusion Quad Wi-Fi antennas on the phone. Additionally, there’s a quad-microphone setup for improved noise cancellation.

Asus made several improvements in the design to improve the thermal dynamics of ROG Phone 3. Under the hood, it scores a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865+ SoC which has been paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Asus has launched 8GB + 128GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB variants in India.

At the back, Asus has upgraded to triple camera setup. The primary sensor is a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor which is appended with a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The ROG Phone 3 packs a 6000mAh battery with a 30W wired charging system based on USB PD standard.
