JioTV is one of the most complete options for anyone who wishes to watch Live TV online in India. Currently, JioTV streaming is available for free as a part of Jio Prime membership. With JioTV, its users can enjoy cricket matches live, WWE live, English Premier League live, UEFA league, Tennis matches and other sporting events live on their smartphone. In fact, Jio users can also watch live news channels and popular movie channels like &pictures, HBOHD, Sony Max HD, Z cinema, Movies Now, etc online for free. Well, you can opt for these 10 JioTv alternatives for streaming live TV channels on your phones, tablets, and computers.

1. Airtel Xstream TV

Airtel Xsteam app also similar to Jio TV app which has a wide catalogue of content. Apart from Live TV, the app also has a rich collection of Movies and TV shows for which Airtel has partnered with Hooq, Eros, YouTube, Zee, and Sony. Sadly, the app no longer has Chromecast support.

Channels are neatly organized under different genres and languages, but they still feel limited in comparison to Jio TV. You won’t get access to Star network and Colors network channels either. Some of the same channels and content is available on the Airtel Xstream platform. It is available for Android and iOS users.

2. Disney+ Hostar

The Disney+Hotstar is a perfect app for those who want to watch Star Network on their phone, SmartTV, or on computer. The Disney+ Hotstar also holds IPL live stream rights and ICC tournaments broadcasting rights. Its users can also watch various other prominent sporting events live. Apart from Star network, its user will also find HBO Originals, National Geographic, Marvel movies,  Disney movies, and many other Bollywood blockbusters in the catalogue.

You can watch the most popular Hindi and regional language shows for free but for unrestricted access to all content and Live TV, you will need a premium subscription (which costs ₹1499/year or 299/month only).

3. Vodafone Play

Vodafone also has a little something for its users. The app has a rich catalogue of movies and TV shows and integrates content from Eros, Hungama play, Youtube, Hooq, and others. There is a separate Kids section as well.

For Live TV, Vodafone has partnered with Ditto and Yup TV and that together accounts for a decent number of channels. The service is free for the first three months post which you will have to pay a nominal fee of Rs. 49 per month.

4. Tata Sky Mobile

Tata Sky Mobile is an app that all Tata sky subscribers should have on their phones. Apart from managing your account, the app lets you watch Live TV with more than 400 channels listed. You will be able to watch only those channels here that you have subscribed to on your TV setup box plan.

TataSky live streaming app is available for both Android and iOS users. The app comes with features like recording live TV, pausing and playing live channels.

5. VOOT

VOOT is a free app that you can use for watching shows on Colors network. The app puts Big Boss under the spotlight. You can watch Big Boss live, watch uncut scenes from the show or catch up with old episodes.

Ditto TV, the digital ARM of Zee Network, is also a Live TV service that you can enjoy for a nominal fee. The subscription for the entire year costs just Rs. 250 and you can also go for Rs. 20 monthly packs.

The catalogue includes 80+ live channels with up to 7 days of playback on selected channels. The app doesn’t aggregate TV shows, movies or any other content apart from Live TV.

8. Zee5

Zee5 is another app from Zee network that can give you access to the Live broadcast of various channels apart from Zee’s own.
