Cheap quality, lowest quality, 1080p not supported...
I have purchased oneplus tv from Oneplus showroom satyasai square indore, on 9th August 2022. The display issue started from 15th August 2022. I have contacted customer care no response till now from them. I asked for replacement of the TV but no response. provide me replacement or refund of money. But I don’t required any repair... Cheap quality, Low quality Product of Oneplus india. No Buy more....Totally De-satisfied by Oneplus India.

Tv was hanging it is opareting very slowly and fully hanging WiFi was not working properly and not connecting please contact me .it's showing limited connections only but we didn't connect any one only tv has connected

I would like to share my pathetic customer service experience with ONE PLUS .Unfortunately I chose to buy ONE PLUS TV and within 20 days it started showing lot of troubles ,half of screen from top is white .Its not working now .Cherry on top was when i contacted customer care they said first of all we don't listen to customers on Saturdays and Sundays and after 15 days they refused to replace the faulty item ...I strongly recommend if you don't want to regret done chose ONEPLUS phone Tv any thing. DONT BUY ONE PLUS PRODUCTS ...Pathetic quality above all pathetic customer Service
