This phone is masterpiece of redmi i am using it from 2019 and it's 5 year running I did not face any lag or hang ,
Software issue battery issue
Not a good phone Battery backup is not as per 4000 mAh Touch doesn't work good or fast Call setting is also not complete its keep blinking when you are on a call.
