Realme 6i Details
Realme 6i runs on Android 10 and is powered by Helio G90T chipset. Realme has added one more phone to its Realme 6 series. This phone offers a 48MP quad-camera set up, FHD+ display, and a 4,3000mAh battery. Let’s read more about the phone in detail and hopefully, that will help you decide if its the best option based on your individual preferences.
Display and Design
Realme 6i is fitted with a 6.5-inch color IPS LCD display with a Punch Hole display. With HD+ resolution(1080x2400px), the LCD panel amounts to 405PPI. Reading, watching and texting on a bigger screen with a decent resolution is always helpful. Realme 6i is splash resistant that protects the phone from minor scratches and unwanted falls.
The phone is solidly built and has a polycarbonate plastic finish on the back. With 9.6mm of thickness and 191 grams of weight, some buyers may find it a bit bulky. There’s a dedicated side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a headphone jack at the bottom.
Camere and Performance
Realme 6i is loaded with a 48MP quad shooter which is followed by an 8MP(ultra-wide sensor) and two 2MP’s Macro and Mono sensors. Out of which the macro camera has autofocus. Beauty, Filter, HDR, Panoramic View, Portrait, Timelapse, Slo-mo, NightScape, Expert, Continuous Capture Modes (20 Max), are a few more useful features available in the camera app. For video recording, the rear camera can shoot UHD 4K videos @30fps. On the front, a 16MP snapper is there to assist for VC and selfies.
Realme 6i is powered by MediaTek Helio G90T chipset with 8 performing cores. The phone runs Android 10 based on Realme UI skin. ARM G76 GPU coupled with 4GB RAM assists in rendering graphics for stable multitasks and gaming. Besides, it has face unlock, light sensor, accelerometer, and proximity sensor to assist in daily tasks.
Battery and Storage
Realme 6i has a 4,300mAh battery underneath and a 30W fast charger to juice it up. Expecting a day of power back is fair upon average usage. Also, with the help of the fast charger you’ll able to charge it quickly.
Realme 6i has 64GB internal storage capacity to store in apps, games, music, videos, etc. Also, it has an extra card slot to expand the storage up to 256GB.
Connectivity
Realme 6i connectivity options include 3G, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth v5, and USB Type C Port. For online navigation, it has GPS with A-GPS.
Realme 6i comes in the Realme 6-series and offers nearly the same specs as the 6 and 6 Pro. With the series, Realme has raised the bar for affordable smartphones. We can see an engaging competition between Realme and the Redmi Note 9-series
