Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Poco C85x support 5G networks in India?
Yes, it absolutely does. The phone comes with dual-SIM 5G support that works seamlessly with both Jio and Airtel networks out of the box, making it a very affordable future-ready option.
How long does the battery of the Poco C85x last on a single charge?
The battery life is arguably the best feature of this phone. With a 6300 mAh battery, you can easily get over two days of moderate usage without needing a recharge. It also supports 15W fast charging and even 7.5W reverse charging to top up your earbuds on the go.
Can you play heavy games like BGMI on the Poco C85x?
Honestly, it is not built for heavy gaming. While the Unisoc T8300 processor handles everyday apps and light casual games perfectly fine, it will experience lag and frame drops if you try to run demanding titles like BGMI on high settings.
Does the Poco C85x experience any heating or performance lagging issues?
Because it pairs a budget processor with 4GB of RAM, the phone can feel a bit sluggish if you open too many heavy apps at once. It also experiences mild heating when pushed during prolonged multitasking or extensive video streaming.
How is the camera quality of the Poco C85x for daily photography?
You get a 32MP AI dual rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies. It takes decent, usable photos in bright daylight, but the quality drops significantly in low-light conditions.
Does the Poco C85x come with a charger inside the box?
Yes, Poco has included a 15W power adapter inside the retail box along with a Type-C USB cable. You also get a SIM ejector tool, so you do not have to spend extra money on basic accessories.
Is the display of the Poco C85x good for watching videos outdoors?
The phone features a 6.9-inch display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It can hit a peak brightness of 810 nits, which means you will not have any trouble reading text or watching videos even under direct sunlight.
Is the Poco C85x mobile phone waterproof or dustproof?
It comes with an IP52 rating, which means it offers basic protection against dust and minor water splashes. It will survive a few accidental raindrops or sweaty hands, but it cannot handle being submerged in water.
Which Android version does the Poco C85x run on?
The phone ships with the modern Android 16 topped with Xiaomi's new HyperOS 3 skin. The interface feels clean and fluid, giving you access to all the latest software features right from day one.
