Day before yesterday Micromax made the headlines with its unprecedented 15 phones launch at one go and now its subsidiary YU is in the news for the right reasons. There is a buzz on the twitter with a leaked image of a new smartphone which is believed to be Yu Yureka Note. However, company is yet to confirm these rumors.
If true, this would mean that the online exclusive brand will now be retailing in offline market places as well. After the lukewarm response received by YU's ambitious smartphone Yutopia, the Micromax sub-brand could definitely use a win
As per the leaked information, the Yu Yureka Note flaunts a 6-inch full HD IPS display. It is powered by an octa-core SoC ticking at 1.5GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM and Mali GPU. If the rumors are true, the phone will bear a 13-megapixel primary camera with flash at the rear side and an 8-megapixel selfie camera at the front. It comes with a massive 4000mAh battery and 16GB internal storage which can be bumped up to 32GB via microSD card. As per the original source, the phone will be running on Android 5.1 based Cyanogen OS.
These are only primarily excerpts based on twitter leaks. We have to wait for an official announcement to get a full picture of Micromax Yu Yureka Note. Once again, as per the rumor, Yu Yureka Price in India will be Rs. 14,999. You can follow Smartprix on facebook and twitter to stay updated.
