Huawei globally announced its flagship phone P20 Pro at the company's event in Paris. The phone is the successor to last year Huawei P10 series and is industry's first-ever smartphone to sport triple-rear camera sensor on the back. Other major highlights of the phone include full vision display, latest chipset, and AI-powered camera.
As for the specifications, the Huawei P20 Pro features a 6.1-inch Full HD+ (2160X1440) display with a notch on the top and visibly thin bezel at the bottom. It is powered by Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 970 10nm processor integrated with Mali G72 GPU. The phone employs 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage space.
For photography, the Huawei P20 Pro boasts not just one or two but triple camera setup on the back. it has a combination of an 8-megapixel sensor with 3x optical zoom and Leica telephoto lens, a 40-megapixel RGB 1/1.7-inch sensor, and a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor. It also has a 24-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies.
The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 UI out of the box and houses a 4000mAh battery with fast charging. Other features of the Huawei P20 Pro include a front mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlocks, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C.
