The Coolpad Cool 1 is a joint venture of LeEco and Coolpad. The phone combines LeEco's hardware and software vision with Coolpad's engineering and manufacturing expertise. In India, it has been launched at 13,999 INR, which is a very aggressive price in light of specifications being used.
On the outside, the new Coolpad phone looks identical to most LeEco phones that we have seen in the past. On the inside, the Cool 1 dual employs the might Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor that's paired with 3GB or 4GB RAM depending on where you buy the phone from. The Cool 1 variant selling offline will have 3GB RAM, while the one available online has 4GB RAM. The storage is fixed at 32GB. There is no MicroSD card slot on the handset.
On the rear, the Cool 1 flaunts dual camera setup. There are two 13MP sensors, one monochrome and one color, and together they can gather more light for sharper details.
On paper, the handset is quite similar to LeEco Le 2 but in comparison incorporates an improved camera, improved battery backup, more durable build and also has an audio jack. The Software is the same old EUI, but you won't find 'Supertainment' content streaming apps here. The lowest Amazon price of Coolpad Cool 1 dual is 13,999 INR.read more →
