I have purchase ASUS 6Z through Flipcart. Asus give only 1 month warranty. After 1 month 3 days Mobiles display is gone. What I do ?
Very poor service of ASUS
I have Purchase ASUS 6Z before 2 month. After 1 month 3 days Mobiles Display gone. Warranty of Mobile is 1 month. Flipcart Insurance I will taken than I claimed to Flipcart. Flipcart taken Mobile with me & after 1 month mobile repaired but OS is deleted, Mobile no worked. What a service ?

Charger head design is not ok
One side of the charger head is biggest than over all model, in our house we fixed electric board with Panasonic switches which is broad switches, the charger head is laying on the switch, few days back I switched off the switch and charger head fell down on the phone and the display get damaged and company not ready to accept my complaint(even I told ready to demonstrate,also I send photos of charger head laying on the switch)and charged me rs.9500.00 for display, just two 3 months back I bought this for 28990.00 and now 9500.00 total around 40k . Kindly avoid Asus spares are very costly and services are very very delayed manner and no proper service for that we have to travel at least around 80 Kms ..even we suffer all this the product quality is also not enough as much I expect...so my advice not to buy this, you can go for some brand which service centre is in or very near by to your residential ...
