Did not meet expectations
Poor product, don't go for it. I am using since from three months first two months worked well and after that left earbud stopped working. I tried the solutions given in the support and youtube, but no luck. Whenever I connect to any device right and left earbuds shows seprate pairing name and if you connect with right earbud then left will not work and visa vesa. Please don't go for it, it's wast of money.

Left bud stopped working issue FIXED!!! First of all loving these buds, lightweight, comfortable, easy to use, great sound, amazing battery backup. The case is little flimsy, maynot withstand rough and tough handling. Not recommended for heavy base lovers, I also have soundcore Liberty 2 buds and those are killer when it comes to sound quality, great base n all. Life note gives more of a balanced sound. Use external equalizer for bass. After 2 months, left earbud stopped working. It's light used to turn on but it was not pairing up with the right one or showing up in the bluetooth settings( normally both left and right buds show up in Bluetooth pairing). I Followed the below steps and it started working again: 1. Unpair from your phone 2. Long press both the buds until you see red light, it means it has switched off. Now put it back in the case. 3. When you put it back, white light will appear on both the buds. That means it's charging. While in the case, long press both again until you see alternate red lights. This will reset the buds. 4. Take out of the case and wait for a few seconds and allow them to pair with each other. Right one will start blinking fast and left one will be slow. 5. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone and pair again. Voila, left earbud will be working again!!!

I am writing fair review Pros. Best built quality Best balanced sound...not too bass heavy Awesome call quality Best battery backup Quite comfortable to wear for long use Support apt X technology which is nice (provided Ur phone supports it) USB C charging at this price point is nice. Some of the cons. Physical buttons are not that good but I don't have problems with it...as long as sound n built quality is fine Doesn't pause music when pulled out of ears but at this price point it's fair enough n not much of an issue Waterproof level is not enough if u gonna wear it in rain...but at this price point again not an issue for me. Final conclusion....just go for it you won't regret 👌✌️👍
