1. Battery backup is poor, after one hour you have to put them in charging case, and you have to charge case after twice 2. Sound quality is not suitable for music, only good for official calls etc. 3. ANC is negligible, doesn't bar any noise, even of a mosquito. 4. Connectivity is poor, doesn't work with laptop, only phone 5. In phone call, it disconnects during call.
