worst experience
I bought this laptop in april, 2014. Since then, I am facing troubles with this (including screen blackout, keypad problemss and many other such things) 3 complaints and everytime technician came and tried to fix the problem but in few days, boom again there is some kind of problem. Also, I don't use my laptop for long hours. Its just 1 to 2 hrs. in a day. I am constantly telling and writing to customer support to replace my laptop but still no action has been taken. Pissed off!!
