YU Yureka S 4G LTE Phone Listed With 3GB RAM at Rs. 12,999

Micromax’s online subsidiary brand YU has launched Yureka S to rival Redmi Note 3 and Le 2. It is listed on the company’s official website for Rs. 12,999 and is already retailing on Infibeam for a slightly higher price. As of now, the successor of Yureka comes in gray color option.

Yu Yureka S Features (what’s different)

One of the major difference between Yu Yureka S and the original Yureka is the size of the display. Unlike its predecessor, the Yureka S comes with a 5.2-inch display. In terms of design, the new Yureka S takes inspiration from Yuphoria and Yutopia.

In term of specifications, the Yu Yureka S is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3Gigs of RAM. It sports a 5.2-inch display with full HD resolution with 423ppi. The display is layered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

To store media files and other important data, it comes with 16GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD card. For optics, the Yureka S comes fitted with a 13-megapixel primary camera with OV13850 PureCel sensor, f/2.2 aperture, and flash. On the front, it bears a 5-megapixel selfie camera with a f/2.2 aperture and wide angle lens.

The Yu Yureka S is assisted by 3,000 mAh battery which supports quick charge 1.0. As far as connectivity goes, it includes hybrid dual SIM support, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
