Xiaomi Redmi Pad specs and design leaked; Know more

Xiaomi is gearing to unveil a Redmi Pad tablet to the global market and is apparently to go official on October 4. The Redmi Pad will boot on the Android operating system. While there is some time for the Xiaomi pad to go official, the Redmi Pad details have been leaked by Winfuture.de along with its specs and colour options. Let’s get into detail.

Xiaomi Redmi Pad Features (Leaked)

As per the leak, Redmi Pad will feature a 10.61-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels. Other display features include a peak brightness of 400 nits, a 1500:1 contrast ratio, and a 10-bit  colour depth. The pad is said to come with an 8MP rear camera in a rectangular design. Upfront, it has an 8MP selfie snapper with a 105-degree wide field-of-view resided within thick bezels.

Under the hood, the upcoming Redmi Pad will be equipped with a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. It should offer 3GB or 4GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB built-in memory. It will run on MIUI skin based on Android 12.

According to reports, the Redmi Pad would include a beefy 8000mAh battery with 18W fast charging capabilities. It will ship with four Dolby Atmos-certified speakers. There will be three colour options – Graphite Gray, Mint Green, and Moonlight Silver.

Xiaomi Redmi Pad Expected Price

Based on the specs, Redmi Pad could be priced below Rs 20,000 to target budget-centric customers and get an advantage over rivals like Realme Pad, Realme Pad Mini, Honor Pad 8, Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and Motorola Tab G70 among others.
