Xiaomi Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Launched: India price, specifications, and availablity

Xiaomi India has introduced Mi TV 4X 2020 edition in the 55-inch TV segment. The new Mi TV announcement comes a day before Xiaomi starts its Black Friday sales which will be held between November 29 and December 2. The company made the launch announcement via its official twitter handle.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 Price in India and availability

Xiaomi continues with its aggressive pricing for Mi TVs. The Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 edition will retail for Rs 34,999 in India. Xiaomi will be hosting the first sale at noon on December 2. The 2020 edition of Mi TV 4X will be made available on mi.com, amazon.in, and Mi Home stores.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 Features

The 55-inch Mi TV 4X (2020) is a 4K Smart TV that includes an HDR (10-bit) display. Xiaomi’s proprietary Vivid Picture Engine is also a part of the new 4X TV and it’s tasked with balancing colors and contrast.

The TV runs Android TV 9.0 based Xiaomi’s PatchWall 2.0 OS out of the box. This time, Xiaomi has addressed the Netflix support issue. The new TV comes preloaded with Netflix, Hotstar and Prime Video streaming platforms along with 16 other content partner apps. Xiaomi has also integrated live-streaming apps of 7 news channels in its Patchwall software.

Features like Google Assistant and Google Data Saver are also available on the new Smart TV. As for audio, the native setup delivers standard 20W output and brandishes Dolby Atmos and DTS HD support.

Xiaomi has had a successful festive season this year and claims to have sold more than 6 lakh Mi TVs during Diwali sales.
