Xiaomi 12 Lite India launch & expected specs

Xiaomi 12 Lite is not expected to come to India anytime soon if Xiaomi follows what it did with the  Mi 11 Series phones in 2021. Mi 11 Series was launched in April with 3 models arriving in the country and the Lite variant was launched in June. Similarly, Xiaomi 12 Pro is coming to India this month and thus Xiaomi 12 Lite might launch later this year.

Tipster Yogesh Brar has leaked some specs of the Xiaomi 12 Lite smartphone. These include a Snapdragon 778G chipset, curved display, triple rear camera setup, 67W fast charging, and more. He also claims that Xiaomi 12 Pro will launch in India at a starting price of Rs. 65,000. Cheaper models like Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12X Pro are also expected to make their way to the Indian market later on.

Some other reports and leaked renders claim that Xiaomi 12 Lite will have almost no bezels and will arrive in a grey color. Speculations are rife that Xiaomi 12 Lite will sport a 6.5-inch display with FHD+ resolution and support for a 120Hz refresh rate.
