Kingsoft launches WPS Office 2020, a wholesome office suite with support for all the mains file formats like a word document, spreadsheet, presentation, and PDF. A big share of its users includes young-gen professionals, students, and freelancers. To expand this userbase, WPS 2020 is now available in the macOS with cross-device sync via cloud. So, yes cloud backup is also part of the kitty.
Today’s event marked the Chinese company’s official venture into the Indian soil as well. It claims to have over 23 million existing monthly active users in India. So, with this new product, they aim to solidify and spread their roots in India.

WPS Office 2020: What’s new?
As aforementioned, the latest WPS Office 2020 is out for the Apple ecosystem, precisely the macOS. Kingsoft states the macOS version as specially built to gel well with the new operating system. The Dark Mode support is also nice to have.
The WPS Office brags to be light on devices, fully compatible with all the conventional office formats, compatible with major platforms and cross-device functionality. For the fast-paced work and student life, where time is of the essence, the built-in templates and the intuitive tab-style interface could be a saving grace.

The native PDF support is also a convenient feature to have. WPS is sprinkled with features such as PDF to Word, File repair, Picture to Text, Cloud integration, and Back-up Centre.
WPS Office 2020 is now available via Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.

However, research has shown alarming levels of pirated software being used here, including office software suites.
