vivo’s next big phone, the X300 series, is betting its future on AI. We’ve learned from our sources that the phone is set to debut a new feature in India called ‘AI Storyboard.’

This isn’t just another filter. The tool is a smart assistant that automatically recomposes your images, using intelligent cropping to turn a standard photo into a cinematic-style collage. It’s the kind of feature that’s designed to do the creative work for you.

But that’s not the only new trick coming with the X300.

Other New AI Camera Tricks

The AI Storyboard is the main attraction, but our sources say it’s joined by other powerful tools.

For wildlife photographers, there’s a ‘Telephoto Bird Shots’ mode. This uses the ZEISS telephoto lens at 10X zoom to get you those super-close nature shots with actual, professional-looking depth (bokeh).

There’s also an ‘upgraded AI landscape feature.’ This isn’t just a filter; it’s a smart tool that understands the environment like a sunset, a forest, or a city and adjusts the photo to make it pop without looking fake.

It’s Not Just the Camera

The X300 series will also be the first to run OriginOS 6 in India. This new software adds productivity tools like Origin Island and an Office Kit. These are designed to make sharing files between your phone and laptop less of a headache, which is a problem everyone has.
