vivo has officially confirmed that the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE are launching in India on May 6 at 12 PM. Teaser pages are now live on vivo India’s official website, confirming the company’s next flagship launch in the country. This follows the earlier confirmation that both devices were coming to India. The latest teaser now confirms the exact date and time.

X300 FE gets India-exclusive Green color

One of the key highlights from the teaser is a new Green finish for the X300 FE. This color is exclusive to India and was not part of the earlier China lineup. vivo is using the tagline “ZEISS Image. Pro Packed.” for the X300 FE. The teaser also confirms support for the ZEISS G2 teleconverter accessory on the X300 FE.

X300 Ultra Teaser

For the X300 Ultra, vivo is using the tagline “ZEISS Cinematics. Born to Create.” The teaser shows the phone with the optional photography grip and external teleconverter accessory. The X300 Ultra was already launched in China, and India is one of the next major markets getting it.

The X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch LTPO display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It packs a 6,600 mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

The rear camera setup includes a 200 MP main camera with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, f/1.9 aperture, 35 mm focal length, and gimbal OIS. There is also a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera with an 85 mm focal length, f/2.7 aperture, 1/1.4-inch sensor, and 3.7x optical zoom.

The ultra-wide camera is 50 MP with an f/2.0 aperture, 14 mm focal length, and a 1/1.28-inch sensor. On the front, it gets a 50 MP selfie camera with an f/2.5 aperture, 24 mm focal length, and 4K video recording. The phone supports a 200 mm 2.35x ZEISS G2 teleconverter and a 400 mm 4.7x ZEISS G2 Ultra teleconverter.

“With the X300 Ultra, our goal wasn’t just to add more features to the conversation, but to bring greater reliability to it. We want to ensure that distance or lighting never stands between a storyteller and their vision,” wrote Paigham Danish, Head of Product & GTM, vivo India, in a blog.

“Imaging is no longer just a list of specifications on a box; it’s an experience. We’ve reached a point where users aren’t asking what a camera can do, but how accurately it can reflect what they’re seeing in that exact moment,” he added.

vivo X300 FE specifications

The X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO display with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and uses OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The rear camera setup includes a 50 MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor and f/1.6 aperture, a 50 MP 3x telephoto camera with a 1/1.95-inch sensor, f/2.7 aperture, and 73 mm focal length, plus an 8 MP ultra-wide camera.

The front camera is 50 MP with autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, 20 mm focal length, and a 1/2.76-inch sensor. It packs a 6,500 mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The X300 FE also supports the 200 mm ZEISS G2 teleconverter.
