vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE Officially Confirmed for India Launch

vivo has officially confirmed that the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE are coming to India. Teaser pages for both devices are now live on vivo’s official India website, which marks the beginning of the rollout outside China.

One of the key details from the teaser is a new India-exclusive Green color option for the X300 FE. This shade was not part of the earlier China or global lineup, giving Indian buyers a region-specific variant at launch. It will also come with support for the ZEISS G2 teleconverter.

vivo X300 Ultra Expected Specs

X300 Ultra

The vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.82-inch LTPO display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is said to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Battery capacity is tipped at 6,600 mAh with 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

For cameras, the X300 Ultra is expected to include a 200 MP main camera with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, f/1.9 aperture, 35 mm focal length, and gimbal OIS. It may also feature a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera with an 85 mm focal length, f/2.7 aperture, 1/1.4-inch sensor, and 3.7x zoom. The ultrawide camera is said to be a 50 MP unit with f/2.0 aperture, 14 mm focal length, and a 1/1.28-inch sensor. On the front, vivo is expected to include a 50 MP selfie camera with f/2.5 aperture, 24 mm focal length, and 4K video recording support.

The phone is also expected to support two external ZEISS teleconverters: a 200 mm 2.35x ZEISS G2 teleconverter and a 400 mm 4.7x ZEISS G2 Ultra teleconverter.

vivo X300 FE Expected Specs

X300 FE

The vivo X300 FE will target buyers looking for a smaller flagship phone. It may feature a 6.31-inch LTPO display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Like the Ultra, it is also expected to use a Qualcomm chip, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Its rear camera setup will include a 50 MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor and f/1.6 aperture, a 50 MP 3x telephoto camera with a 1/1.95-inch sensor, f/2.7 aperture, and 73 mm focal length, plus an 8 MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is expected to be a 50 MP unit with AF, f/2.0 aperture, 20 mm focal length, and a 1/2.76-inch sensor.

The X300 FE may also support the 200 mm ZEISS G2 teleconverter. Battery capacity is expected at 6,500 mAh with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

Official pricing and availability will be announced on May 7. Both devices could see slightly higher pricing than usual due to current memory cost increases.
