vivo X200T Specs

X200T

The X200T appears to be a rebranded or slightly upgraded version of the China-exclusive vivo X200s, originally launched in April 2025. For India, there seems to be no major changes. Compared to the standard X200, the phone is expected to be the move to the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, positioning the phone above the existing X200 FE (review) and below the X300 series.

Software is expected to be based on Android 16, with OriginOS out of the box, as mentioned in the teaser. vivo is said to be committing to 5 major OS updates and 7 years of security patches.

The X200T well ship with a ZEISS triple camera setup, including a 50 MP main camera with OIS, a 50 MP ultra-wide, and a 50 MP 3X periscope telephoto. A 32 MP front camera is also tipped. Battery capacity is said to be 6,200 mAh, paired with 90W wired fast charging and maybe even 40W wireless charging.
