Vivo’s X100 Family of smartphones has gotten larger. The leading smartphone maker has added three new members to its existing Vivo X100 Series which has photography as one of its strongest suites. The brand has launched Vivo X100 Ultra, Vivo X100s, and Vivo X100s Pro smartphones in the flagship series. The Vivo X100 Ultra is the top-end model which features the largest telephoto sensor on a smartphone.

Vivo X100 Ultra comes in the following storage models-

Vivo X100 Ultra: Specifications

Vivo X100 Ultra is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and comes with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. It sports a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 3000 nits brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision. The device runs Android 14-based OriginOS 4 on top. In terms of camera optics, it has 50MP+ 200MP+ 50MP sensors at the back. Under the hood is a 5500mAh battery with 80W wired and 30W wireless charging.

Vivo X100s & Vivo X100s Pro: Specifications

Vivo X100s and Vivo X100s Pro have the same 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits brightness. Both these run Android 14 out of the box with OriginOS 4 skin on top.

Vivo X100s and Vivo X100s Pro are both powered by Dimensity 9300+ chipset with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage.

The difference lies in camera setup as Vivo X100s features a 50MP+50MP+64MP setup at the back while Vivo X100s Pro comes with 50MP+50MP+50MP sensors at the back. Both have a 32MP selfie snapper at the front.

In terms of battery, Vivo X100s packs a 5100mAh battery with 100W charging while Vivo X100s Pro packs a 5400mAh battery with 100W wired charging speed.
