Attention Marvel Fans in India! Thor Love & Thunder is coming to the screens near you a day earlier

The next from the house of Marvel Movies, Chris Hemsworth starrer Thor: Love & Thunder is now releasing in India a day earlier, that is on July 7. The much-awaited superhero flick will release in India in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

The official Twitter handle of Marvel India shared the information regarding the change in release date saying-

“Get ready for the ultimate ‘THORSDAY’! Marvel Studios’ #ThorLoveAndThunder arrives in cinemas in India a day before, on the 7th of July.”

About Thor: Love & Thunder Movie

Chris Hemsworth returns as the titular superhero, a role he previously played in 3 solos and 4 Avengers movies. Filmmaker Taika Waititi who directed Thor: Ragnarok in 2017 is helming this new installment. He is also playing the role of Korg, a Kronan gladiator who befriended Thor in Ragnarok.

Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman is returning as Jane Foster from 2011’s Thor and 2013’s Thor: The Dark World. Thor: Love & Thunder will also feature Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie), Jaimie Alexander (Sif), and Russell Crowe (Zeus). Natalie Portman will play Thor’s love interest as well.

The movie is set after the events of Avengers: Endgame which came out in 2019. It will see Thor’s attempts to find inner peace after the debacle that happened. Situations will turn such that he will have to return to action and recruit Valkyrie, Korg, and Jane (who has now become Mighty Thor) to stop Gorr: The God Butcher from eliminating all Gods.

The film is produced by Kevin Fiege led by Marvel Studios and will release on July 7 in theatres near you.
