A month since the original launch, today Tecno has brought its Spark 7 Pro model to India. The newbie gets a 90Hz screen, a better MediaTek processor, a 48MP triple camera setup. Although these are good upgrades, the Pro model houses a smaller battery than the standard Spark 7.

Tecno Spark 7 Pro comes with a 6.6 inch dot-in LCD display that has 720 x 1640 (HD+) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Within the waterdrop notch lies an 8MP selfie snapper backed by dual flashes.
Flip to the back, you get a triplet comprising a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP depth module and an AI lens. Here too, the photos in dark conditions get light out of quad flash system.

Under the hood, Tecno packs a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset coupled with up to 6GB of DDR4x RAM, 64GB storage, and support for a dedicated microSD card up to 512GB. The internals also bears a 5000mAh battery that claims up to 35 hours of talk time between charges.
The phone ships with Android 11 based HiOS 7.5. Other goodies in the mix are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM, and arear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Tecno Spark 7 Pro pricing and availability
Tecno has priced the Spark 7 Pro at ₹9,999 for the base 4+64GB model while the bigger 6+64GB unit carries a price tag of ₹10,999. It will go on sale in India via Amazon starting May 28.
