Tecno Camon 16 Premier with Helio G90T and Quad Camera Setup launched in India

Companies are gradually spicing up the competition by unloading affordable smartphones in Indian markets. The latest to do so is the Chinese company Transon Holdings, which has introduced the Tecno Camon 16 Premier. The phone features a dual punch-hole display on the front and a quad-camera setup by the back.

Tecno Camon 16 Premier Highlights

Upfront, the Camon 16 Premier sports a 6.85-inch FHD+ (2460×1080) dual-punch hole display, secured by Gorilla Glass. Unlock the screen and under the hood, there is a 2.05GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T processor that runs with Android 10 based HiOS software.

The phone is offered with only 8GB of RAM option with 128GB of internal storage option. You can increase the storage up to 256GB via the dedicated memory card slot.

For photography, you get a 64MP primary sensor with quad flash, a 2MP macro, a 2MP depth, and an ultra-wide lens of 8MP. The selfies are handled by a 48MP + 8MP (105-degree FoV).

Among other things, you also get a side fingerprint sensor, a 4,500mAh battery, a 3.5mm audio jack, USB OTG, GPS, dual SIM, and Bluetooth.

The phone will be available for sale at offline retail stores and Flipcart in India at Rs. 16,999.
