TCL P8S, P8 and P8E Smart TVs are official in India starting at Rs. 27,990

TCL broadens its Smart TV lineup in India with three models – P8S, P8, and P8E. The televisions are equipped with Androidtv (9.0 pie) platform. You also get built-in support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

The top-end model is TCL P8S. All the three come in different sizes- P8S in 65-inch and 55-inch variants; P8 in 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch sizes; and finally P8E in 55-inch, 50-inch, and 43-inch.

The main highlight is the integration of AI in the TVs which make them Smart home device. So, needless to say, you can hands-free control all the devices in this ecosystem like the smart fan, robot sweepers, curtains, lights, etc.

They sport a metallic chassis made of aluminum alloy. You get a nearly bezel-free display for an immersive experience.

TCL P8S

As a part and parcel of the “Smartness”, you get Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa support. You can summon them using the special AI Fairfield Technology and enjoy various services. The TVs pack certified Androidtv based on 9.0 Pie.

Further, TCL has woven a Sports Mode feature into the software to amp your sports viewing experience. You can browse through a horde of digital content from Netflix, YouTube, Hotstar, YuppTV, Voot, AltBalaji, and more.

The audio is aided by AI Sound engine, Dolby support, Bluetooth, and Smart Volume Control feature. The picture is enhanced by AI Pic engine, HDR10+, Wide Color Gamut (WCG), and Micro Dimming feature.

Specs-wise, you get a quad-core CPU, triple-core GPU, 2GB RAM, and 16GB flash storage.

TCL P8 Smart TV pricing

The creme le de creme, i.e P8S (Supreme) 65-inch is priced at Rs. 64,990 while the smaller 55-inch one at Rs. 44,990. Then comes the P8E (Elite) edition at Rs. 59,990 for 65-inch, Rs. 41990 for 55-inch, Rs. 33,990 for 50-inch, and finally Rs. 29,990 for the 43-inch edition. As for the P8 model, you get to pick a 65-inch variant for Rs.57,990, 55-inch at Rs. 39,999 and 43-inch at Rs. 27,990.
