Every month, PlayStation Plus subscribers get to enjoy a few popular video games for free (that’s one of the perks included in the paid tier). For January 2025, Sony has announced three titles that will be available to play on the supported consoles. These will be live until February 2025, after which players won’t be able to add the games to their libraries.

The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PS4)

The second PlayStation Plus January 2025 video game is The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PS4). Developed by Crows Crows Crows and Galatic Cafe, the title came out in 2022. Currently, it is available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One owners. The first-person adventure game’s storyline revolves around the vanishing of Stanley’s coworkers in an office setting.
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4, PS5)

The third and the last PlayStation Plus January 2025 video game is Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4, PS5). Out of the three, this is the oldest title, as it originally came out in 2010. However, as the name suggests, the game has been remastered to be compatible with the latest consoles, with improved visuals. Developed by Electronic Arts, Criterion Software, DICE, and Exient, the game provides a timeless racing experience wherein players can race as outlaws or cops.
As mentioned earlier, the three video games will be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers from January 7 until February 3, 2025. The official blog also mentions that players have until January 6 to add It Takes Two, Aliens: Dark Descent, and Temtem to their PlayStation libraries.
