Top 11 Smartphones Expected to Launch in November 2023

October was an exciting month in terms of smartphone launches around the globe. With Google launching the Pixel 8 Series, OnePlus launching its first foldable OnePlus Open, Vivo launching the Vivo V29 Series, and Samsung making the Galaxy S23 FE official, there was something for everyone. November on the other hand is the peak festival season as the month brings Diwali celebrations in the country. While festive months usually remain low on new launches and emphasize more on sales, this time November might see some exciting smartphone launches as well. Here are some smartphones expected to launch in November 2023.

1. Xiaomi 14 Series

Launch Date- Mid-November in India

Xiaomi launched its flagship Xiaomi 14 Series in China recently. The series includes Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro and it is expected to arrive in India in November 2023.

Xiaomi 14 Pro features a 6.73-inch 2K LTPO C8 AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and comes with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. In terms of camera, the Xiaomi 14 Pro has a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera. At the front is a 50MP lens too. Under the hood, Xiaomi 14 Pro has a 4880mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. It runs HyperOS based on Android 14 and comes with WiFi 7, NFC, IP68 rating, and USB Type=C charging. The Xiaomi 14 Pro comes in white, black, and green colors and there is a titanium edition as well. The price starts at CNY 4999 and goes all the way up to CNY 5999.

Xiaomi 14 is also powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. The vanilla model also runs Android 14 and has a 50MP+50MP+50MP camera setup at the back. At the front is a 32MP selfie lens though. The device packs a 4610mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. It flaunts a 6.36-inch 1.5K C8 LTPO OLED display with 3000 nits brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Xiaomi 14 comes in white, black, pink, and green colors and the price starts at CNY 3999 and goes all the way up to CNY 4999.

2. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Series

Launch Date- Late November in India (tentative)

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 13 Series in China a few weeks ago. The series includes Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus smartphones. Recently, the devices were seen on IMDA and BIS for Indian certifications, thus confirming that the Note 13 Series will soon be coming to India.

All three smartphones have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, however, the pro models support a 1.5K resolution. While Redmi Note 13 is powered by Dimensity 6080 chipset, the Pro model is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, and the Pro Plus device is powered by Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC. The vanilla model has a dual camera setup at the back with 100MP+2MP sensors and a 16MP selfie camera at the front. The Pro models have a triple camera setup including a 200MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro unit. At the front is a 16MP selfie lens. The Note 13 and Note 13 Pro+ pack a 5000mAh battery while the Pro model has a larger 5100mAh battery. Redmi Note 13, Note 13+, and Note 13 Pro+ support 33W, 67W and 120W charging speeds respectively. All 3 run MUI 14 OS based on Android 13. The price of the series starts at CNY 1499 and goes all the way up to CNY 2299.  

3. iQOO 12

Launch Date- 7 November

iQOO 12 will launch in China on November 7 and will soon be arriving in India as well. The iQOO 12 will be coming in white color like previous iqoo devices. The renders that have surfaced online show a new camera design with metallic borders and a white color option. The back material looks glossy glass with curved edges and it sports the iconic BMW M bade colors with the tagline ‘Fascination Meets Innovation’. iQOO 12 is expected to come with a periscope zoom camera with up to 100X digital zoom. Iqoo has also confirmed to power it with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is said to pack a 6000mAh battery E7 AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, 24GB RAM, 1TB storage, IP68 rating, and more.

4. Realme GT 5 Pro

Launch Date- November 2023

Realme GT 5 Pro will be Realme’s first smartphone to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is said to have up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. It sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel and has a curved display with a centrally located hole-punch cutout for housing the selfie shooter. The certification listing suggests that the Realme GT 5 Pro will have two 50MP sensors and an 8MP sensor at the back and pack a 5400mAh battery under the hood. The smartphone will have a thickness of 9.2mm and weigh 220 grams.

The Realme GT 5 Pro will come with updates over the Realme GT 5 which debuted in China in August 2023.

5. Poco X6 Pro

Launch date- November 2023

Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro have been spotted on the IMEI database which hints at their launch soon. Poco X6 is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits brightness. It will be powered by Dimensity 6080 chipset and run MIUI-based Android 13. The device is expected to have a 64MP main, and 2MP depth sensor at the back, and pack a 5000mAh battery with 33W charging.

Poco X6 Pro is said to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, a 5100mAh battery, 67W charging, and more. In terms of camera, it will come with a 200MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera at the back.

6. Samsung Galaxy M44

Launch Date- Mid-November (tentative)

Samsung Galaxy M44 is gearing up for India launch. The smartphone was seen on the Bluetooth SIG certification site recently. Geekbench listing unveils that the device will have up to 6GB RAM and run Android 13 OS. It is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 888 chipset with an Adreno 660 GPU.

7. Vivo X100 Series

Launch date- 17 November 2023

Vivo X100 Series, the next in the X Series which is known for photography prowess is launching in China in November. The series includes Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro, and Vivo X100 Pro+. Recently, a Geekbench listing revealed some key specs of the Vivo X100 Pro. The Vivo X100 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and Adreno 730 GPU. It will run Android 14 OS and support 120W wired fast charging. The X100 Pro is rumored to sport a Sony IMX989 sensor at the back along with a Samsung JN1 sensor for the ultra-wide camera and an OmniVision OV64B sensor for the telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

The Vivo X100 is expected to feature a Sony IMX920 primary camera and also support 120W wired charging.

8. OnePlus 12R

Launch Date- November 2023

OnePlus 12R is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The smartphone will have a 5500mAh battery with 100W charging. According to reports, the OnePlus 12R will run Android 14 OS and feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of camera, the OnePlus 12R might sport a 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 32MP telephoto camera at the back. At the front will be a 16MP selfie camera.

9. Lava Blaze 2 5G

Launch Date- 2 November 2023

Homegrown brand Lava is all set to launch the next in the Blaze lineup. The Lava Blaze 2 5G official teaser has been unveiled which shows 3 shades- black, light blue, and purple colors. The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset and have a 50MP primary camera at the back. It might have a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate.

10. Vivo Y78 5G

Launch date- November 2023

Vivo Y78 5G has been listed on the global Vivo website and comes with two camera setups on the plastic back featuring Flare Black and Dreamy Gold colors. The Vivo Y78 comes with 8GB and 12GB RAM and 128GB and 256GB internal storage. It is powered by Snapdragon 695 and packs a 5000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The smartphone runs FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13. It might sport a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2400×1080 resolution. At the front is a 16MP selfie camera and at the back is a 64MP+2MP+2MP camera setup.

11. Honor 100 Pro

Launch date- November

Honor 100 Pro is expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen series processor in November 2023. Honor 100 Pro might feature a 1.5K resolution display with eye-safe 3840Hz PWM dimming. The device will have dual cameras at the front along with high-resolution sensors. Just like Honor 90, Honor 100 Pro is expected to come to India as well.
