In terms of the upgrade process, you are required to purchase a 5G-enabled Galaxy A-series smartphone, including models like the Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A23 5G, and Galaxy A14 5G. These smartphones are available with EMI options, offering tenures of up to 14 months. According to Samsung, the effective pricing for these models is Rs 44, Rs 47, Rs 49, and Rs 64 per day, respectively.
The highlight of the upgrade benefit is the inclusion of a complimentary Samsung Care+ Screen Protection coverage for your new smartphone. This valuable coverage is valid for six months, typically costing a significant amount when purchased separately for one year. - Open the My Galaxy application on your older Samsung Galaxy device.
- Log in to your account if you haven’t already. If you don’t have an account, create a new one.
- The app will display an offer banner if your Galaxy smartphone is eligible.
- Tap the banner and follow the on-screen instructions to generate a unique code. Make sure to note it down for future reference.
- Open the My Galaxy application on your new Samsung Galaxy A-series device.
- Log in with the same account used on the older device.
- Look for the offer banner in the app and tap on it.
- The app will authenticate your phone number and IMEI number.
