Samsung announces new programs for Samsung Exclusive Store customers

Samsung India has announced new buying programs for customers who prefer to purchase new Galaxy phones from Samsung Exclusive Stores including Samsung Smart Café and Samsung Smart Plaza.

Every Customer who buys new Galaxy smartphones from Samsung Exclusive Stores in India can avail of the following benefits:

Smart Club Loyalty Program             

Every new buyer who purchases a Galaxy Smartphone worth Rs 15,000 or more for the first time from SmartCafe or Samsung Smart Plaza will become a member of Smart Club Loyalty program. These customers will get reward points, service coupons, and other attractive benefits. These reward points can be redeemed on subsequent purchases at Samsung Exclusive Stores.

Apart from that, Smart Club Loyality Program members will also get three vouchers worth up to Rs 6000 with their Smart Club membership (valid up to December 2020) and fast track upgrades on products like Galaxy Z Fold2 and Galaxy Tab S7.

Samsung Referral Program

Samsung has also announced a Referral Program for customers who shop at Samsung Exclusive Stores. There are additional Smart Club benefits worth up to INR 7500 on a successful referral. Both the referrer and referee will get reward points.

WhatsApp Chatbot

Other than the aforementioned benefits Samsung has also introduced a WhatsApp Chatbot that will help consumers connect to the nearest Samsung SmartCafé with ease. All one needs to do is send a “Hi” message on WhatsApp to 9870-494949 to summon.
Samsung SmartCafé chatbots can also help with online purchases, with booking Home Demos, and detail latest offers and product launches.
