Samsung is diligently working on its Galaxy S25 lineup, and the newest addition within it is the Galaxy S25 Slim. This phone could be Samsung’s answer to the long-rumored iPhone 17 Slim, which might launch next year.

While we’ve only heard rumors about the S25 Slim until now, we did spot it on a GSM listing with the model number SM-S937U. This model number aligns with the Galaxy S25 series, and now, popular tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) has shared some details about this smartphone.

200MP camera on the Slim

In an X post, Ice claims that the S25 Slim has an “Ultra” camera. While this might lead you to think that the cameras on the Galaxy S25 Slim are similar to those on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it might only use the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s primary camera.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to feature a 200MP primary rear camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera (3x zoom), and a 50MP telephoto camera (5x zoom). The Galaxy S25 Slim might only use the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s 200MP primary rear camera, similar to what we saw recently with the Galaxy Z Fold6 SE, which launched with a 200MP primary camera.

We believe that Samsung might be taking the same approach with the Galaxy S25 Slim, which could debut with a 200MP primary camera, while the rest of the sensors would be similar to the regular S25+ model: a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera (3x zoom).
