Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications leak reveals its Chipset, Memory, Camera details, and more

The Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23official +’s specifications were just hours ago leaked. The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s specifications have now been leaked alongside even more specific information about the two smartphones. These pictures resemble official ones that came straight from Samsung France. These Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra complete specs have been shared by leakster Dohyun Kim (@dohyun854).

Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications

In the first picture, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is depicted along with information about its 200MP primary camera, stunning low-light photos, 10x optical zoom with OIS, 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 5,000mAh battery, and extensive Galaxy ecosystem features. The remaining images show off the 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 3x telephoto camera of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+. In comparison to the Galaxy S23+, which has a 4,700mAh battery, the Galaxy S23 has a 3,900mAh battery.

Storage options for the Galaxy S23 Ultra include 256GB/512GB/1TB and 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM. LPDDR5X RAM and Wi-Fi 7, which were expected to be included in Samsung’s upcoming flagship devices, don’t appear to be available on any of the phones. All three devices have HDR10+, Gorilla Glass Victus 2, a fingerprint reader embedded beneath the display, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an IP68 rating, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.

A 12MP autofocus selfie camera with 4K HDR and 8K 30fps video recording is available on all three phones. All three smartphones have the following connectivity features: 5G, dual SIM card slots, eSIM, GPS, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. One UI 5.1, which is based on Android 13, comes preinstalled on the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
