Smartphone nerds across the globe are eagerly awaiting the launch of the upcoming Samsung Flagship device lineup. On February 20 at 11 am, Samsung would unpack its Galaxy S10 lineup at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. But, much in advance, Samsung seems to have accidentally leaked the design of the Galaxy S10.
Samsung Galaxy S10 leaked design
In an official release discussing its brand new ‘One UI’ skin, the company accidentally posted the purported design of Galaxy S10. However, Samsung quickly realized its blunder and replaced the image with a different phone design. But the damage had been done by then. Or say a blessing in disguise for fans as the image you see above was spotted by a Reddit user, named qgtx wherein you could see the S10 design in all its might and glory. The redditor even updated the side by side comparison and other links substantiating his claim. This leak affirms rumors around the punch-hole camera in the upcoming S10. This in-display camera solution would be an alternative to the notch trend brought in by Essential and Apple. Well, we have seen a similar treatment in various other recent launches like Honor View 20 and Samsung’s own Galaxy A8s. But it’s not just the camera placement, Galaxy S10 is touted to be a radical smartphone in other departments too.
Samsung Galaxy S10 rumor roundup
We could expect a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SOC in this phone along with a boost in RAM as 2019 flagships could move in this direction. One thing’s for sure that the Galaxy S10 will ship with OneUI skin on top of the Android Pie.
On its 10th anniversary, Samsung S series could come out in three variants, a 5.8″ E/Lite/Smaller model, a big 6.4″ Plus variant and the 6.1-inch regular model in between.
Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S10 is tipped to include Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic Fingerprint. Even the facial recognition system is likely to be improved. There are rumors surrounding Samsung taking Graphene route in case of its battery and an advanced fast charging mechanism. The smartphone could also sport a triple camera setup capable of producing rich and saturated shots.
