Samsung is set to launch two 5G smartphones in India soon, and these could be the Galaxy M52 and Galaxy F42 5G. The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G and Galaxy F42 5G phones have been making the rounds on the internet for quite some time now. The former has received the BIS certification, indicating that it can launch in India. Samsung Galaxy M52 5G specifications were also spotted on Geekbench in June. However, the Galaxy F42 5G specifications are still a mystery, but something tells us we’ll learn more in the coming weeks.

Samsung Galaxy M52 Features (expected)
Over the past few months, there have been a few leaks about the Samsung Galaxy M52 specifications. In June, a Geekbench listing revealed that the handset is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and 6GB of RAM. It is powered by the Android 11 operating system. According to a separate report, there are five different types of cameras on the Galaxy M52. The said quad-camera system could feature a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP wide-angle lens, and a 5MP macro lens. The fourth camera sensor remains a mystery.

In addition, the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G 3C listing suggests that it packs a 5,000mAh battery. This would be a much smaller battery unit than the 7,000mAh unit on the predecessor, the Galaxy M51.
Samsung Galaxy F42 Features (expected)
Samsung’s Galaxy F42 features a 6.51-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. There is a waterdrop notch on the screen where you will find the selfie camera. It has a pixel density of 404 PPI.
Samsung has powered the phone using Exynos 9 Octa 9611 chipset along with 6GB RAM. Using the dedicated card slot, the device offers 64GB of internal storage that can be further expanded to 512GB.
This forthcoming Galaxy F Series device is likely to have four cameras at the back: a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. As for the front, expect a 32MP selfie camera. The Samsung Galaxy F42 is powered by a 6000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via a USB Type C port. The phone is also expected to bring a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, headphone jack, and infrared sensor.
Samsung Galaxy M52 and Galaxy F42 Price and Launch Date (expected)
The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is expected to be priced at INR 21,990. It is expected to bear 6 GB RAM with 128 GB internal storage. The launch date is expected to be on September 13, 2021.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is expected to be priced at INR 14,999 for the 6 GB RAM with a 64 GB internal storage model. The launch date is expected to be on September 07, 2021.
