Samsung has made another addition to its 5G portfolio- the Samsung Galaxy M52 smartphone has been launched in India. The South Korean giant is branding the Galaxy M52 as the leanest phone ever with a thickness of 7.4mm. The handset comes with a Snapdragon 778G SoC, 120Hz sAMOLED+ display, 64MP triplet camera, and 5000mAh battery

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Price and Availability

The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G price in India starts at Rs 29,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant while the 8GB model is priced at Rs 31,999. The phone is offered in Blazing Black and Icy Blue hues. The phone will go in its first sale on October 3 via Samsung online store and Amazon India. 

The Galaxy M52 will be bundled with an offer of Rs. 1000 Amazon coupon discount and other Great Indian Festival sale offers. With the introductory offers, Galaxy M52 will start at INR 26,999.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Features

The Galaxy M52 is powered by Qualcomm’s latest 6nm Snapdragon 778G processor coupled with Adreno 642L GPU. It’s the same combination that we saw in the newly launched iQOO Z5. The Galaxy M52 is offered in two RAM options – 6GB and 8GB coupled with 128GB of storage. It also has a microSD card slot that can hold up to 1TB via a MicroSD card.

Upfront, Galaxy M52 boasts a 6.7-inch FHD+ sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The punch-hole houses a massive 32MP front camera. At the back, the phone has a triple camera setup comprising a 64MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 5MP macro lens. 

The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G settles with a 5000mAh battery which is lesser than the 7000mAh of its predecessor Galaxy M51 (review). Though, M52 supports 25W fast charging. For connectivity, Galaxy M52 supports 11-band 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a Type-C headphone jack. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Galaxy M52 runs on Samsung’s One UI 3.1 skin based on Android 11. The phone offers security features with Knox Security to defend from malware and malicious activities and Alt Z to switch between public and private profiles.
