Samsung is all set to launch three new Galaxy M-series this month. These would be touching the Indian grounds on January 28, 2019. Samsung India’s teaser page recently revealed a few important details including the design. Now some more significant specs have surfaced on the web. Let’s get into the details, shall we?

Samsung Galaxy M10 Newly leaked details

The smallest member of the new M-series would be sporting a 6.2” screen (720p+) with an Infinity V notch. Yeah, Samsung embraced the teardrop notch with a new name, i.e. Infinity V. The phone would measure 155.6 x 75.6 x 7.7mm and weigh 160g if we go by the leaks, that is.

The phone could be running on indigenous Exynos 7872 processor, coupled with 2/3GB RAM. One other interesting detail is that it would come with Dual-SIM support along with a dedicated memory card slot. However, we don’t have exact info on the maximum expandable storage it supports.

Samsung Galaxy M10 is likely to flaunt a dual rear camera setup including a 13MP primary snapper (f/1.9, 1.12µm) and a 5MP depth sensor. Notably, the previous teaser had indicated a dual camera system capable of capturing wide-angle shots. Speaking of that teaser, Samsung had also promised 3X faster-charging support and a big battery. The new leaks reveal a 3,400mAh battery but sadly it will be charged via a regular micro USB port.

The fingerprint scanner is missing from the front and back of the phone. It could be running on Android 8.1 (Oreo). The leaks also point to missing NFC support. Maybe due to the budget constraint, the phone would have no 5GHz Wi-Fi either.

Gladly, Samsung is unlikely to ditch the headphone jack. You may also like the inclusion of an FM radio receiver.
