Samsung Galaxy F23 5G gets spotted on Geekbench with 6GB RAM & octa-core processor

Samsung launched its Galaxy F22 smartphone in July 2021. It was a budget offering that had a 6000mAh battery. Now, Samsung is gearing up to launch the successor to the last year’s launched smartphone with Galaxy F23 5G. The smartphone has recently been spotted on Geekbench 5, which has revealed some of its specs.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G Specs

The smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench 5 database with codename EM-E236B and has received 640 points in the single-core test on Geekbench. In the multi-core test, it achieved 1820 points.

The listing suggests that the smartphone will have a 2.21GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. This can be the Snapdragon 750G SoC. The listed variant runs on Android 12 and packs 6GB RAM. More memory options are also expected.

It is possible that just like the F22, Samsung might launch Galaxy F23 5G in select markets only. There is no official word about the smartphone, so we will have to wait for more details to surface.

Samsung Galaxy F22 Specs

Samsung Galaxy F22 is a 4G smartphone powered by MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. It sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with an HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It offers either 4GB or 6GB RAM and either 64GB or 128GB memory. Its memory can be expanded up to 1TB.

The smartphone packs a 6000mAh battery with 25W fast charging and runs One UI 3.1 on Android 11. In the camera optics, it has a 48MP rear shooter with a 13MP selfie camera.
